| 1. Open Outlook Express, and click on Tools on the File Menu. Select Accounts

2. The Internet Accounts window will pop up. Click on the Add button and select Mail.

3. Type in your full name and click Next.
 |
|
4. Type in your globalusa email address (example: your_username@gusaol.com) and click Next.
 |
|
5. Type in mail.gusaol.com for both the incoming mail server and the outgoing mail server. Click Next.
 |

6. Type in your email username and password and click Next. (This is usually the same as your dialup username and password, unless you have multiple emails.)
 |
|
7. Click Finish on the next screen to complete your account setup. Click on close on the next screen to close your Internet Accounts screen.

8. Click on the newly created account and then click the Properties button.
 |
|
9. Click on the Servers tab and then check My Server Requires Authentication.
 |
|
Your email is now setup to use Global USA email. |
